Banja »Junaković« Apatin - spa resort & hotels
Junakovic Spa is located in northwest Serbia, in the vicinity of the town of Apatin, 100 km away from Novi Sad and 200 km away from Belgrade.
The spa has springs of thermal mineral water, with a temperature of up to 60 degrees Celsius.
Medical indications: all types of rheumatism, traumatological illnesses, injuries of the peripheral nervous system, post-surgery orthopaedic conditions, conditions after spinal surgery, consequences of cerebral insults, gynaecological illnesses and some unspecific illnesses of the respiratory organs.
Treatment is provided by the rehabilitation and recreational centre, by applying the most contemporary medical treatment techniques, under supervision of expert specialist and therapist teams.
The river Danube flows in the near vicinity of the spa, and there is rich hunting as well as fishing grounds and possibilities for water sports.
Excursions and field trips to Apatin, Sombor and Subotica can be organized from the spa.
